The ozone plasma block uses flat type ceramic dielectric with extremely high accuracy. The tolerance is not more than 0.01mm.  Unlike traditional stainless steel grounding electrode for corona discharge, it is using special metal to make it ozone resistant and contains extremely low metal content.

Feature:

        1. High ozone concentration up to 350mg/l, more than 20%wt. 

        2. Compact design. It is normally just 20% of the footprint of other Kg size products.

        3. Modular design. Each modular comes with fuse for isolation. In case of any module damaged, other modules will continue to work normally.

        4. Maintenance free. As the grounding electrode is made of special material, there will not be corrossion which requires regular maintanance. 

        5. Much lower power consumption.  And it is also power saving as it requires much less oxygen flow.

        6. Pure ozone output. It is suitable for the semiconductor industry, as it contains extremely low metal content. 

Below is the specification of the 50g/hr to 300g/hr ozone plasma block. And with the modular design, they can be easily scaled up to much higher capacity. The largest one we have made so far is 5Kg/hr.
